Our Return & Refund Policy

At Jaipuri Craft, your satisfaction is our priority. This policy explains your rights and our process for returns, exchanges, and refunds. Please read carefully before making a purchase.

Return window

You may return most items within 10 days of the delivery date. To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, in their original condition, and in their original packaging.

Please include your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for your return. We will respond within 1–2 business days with return instructions.

Return shipping cost

Change of mind returns: The customer is responsible for return shipping costs in both directions (to us and back to you if exchanging). We recommend using a trackable shipping service.

Defective or damaged items: If you received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, we will bear the full return shipping cost. Please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photographs of the damage.

Refund process

Once we receive and inspect your returned item (within 2–3 business days of receipt), we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

Approved refunds will be transferred to your original payment method or bank account within 5 business days of approval. Bank transfer details will be requested by email.

Rejected returns (items received damaged or outside the return window) will be shipped back to you at your cost.

Exchanges

We offer exchanges for defective or damaged items. If you would like a different item, please return the original for a refund and place a new order.
