2. Eligibility

All products sold on jaipuricraft.com are handcrafted by artisans. Because each item is made by hand, slight variations in colour, texture, size, and finish are natural and are not considered defects. Product images are representative and actual products may vary slightly.

We reserve the right to limit quantities, discontinue products, or change product specifications without prior notice. We are not responsible for typographical errors in product descriptions or pricing.

4. Pricing & payment

All prices displayed on the Site are in Indian Rupees (INR) unless stated otherwise. Prices are inclusive of applicable taxes (GST) where shown.

For international orders, prices are converted at checkout and charged in your selected currency. Exchange rate fluctuations are beyond our control.

We accept payment via Shopify Payments, Razorpay, UPI, net banking, credit/debit cards, and other methods listed at checkout. Payment must be received in full before an order is processed and dispatched.

We reserve the right to change prices at any time without prior notice. If a pricing error occurs, we will notify you before processing your order and give you the option to proceed at the correct price or cancel.

5. Orders & acceptance

Placing an order on our Site constitutes an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to accept or decline any order at our sole discretion. Your order is confirmed only when you receive an Order Confirmation email from us.

We may cancel or refuse an order if:

The product is out of stock or discontinued
We are unable to verify your payment
We suspect fraudulent activity
There was a pricing or product description error
We are unable to deliver to your address

If your order is cancelled after payment, you will receive a full refund within 5–7 business days.

6. Shipping & delivery

We ship across India and internationally. Delivery timelines, shipping costs, and terms are described in our Shipping Policy, which forms part of these Terms. By placing an order, you agree to the terms of our Shipping Policy.

Risk of loss and title for products purchased from us passes to you upon delivery to the shipping carrier. We are not responsible for delays caused by the courier, customs authorities, or events beyond our control.

8. Intellectual property

If you are a consumer in India, your rights under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019 are not affected by these Terms.
