Shipping policy

We ship all our handcrafted products with care from our workshop in Jaipur, Rajasthan, India. Below are our shipping rates, timelines, and terms.

Domestic shipping (within India)
Orders above ₹499: Free delivery anywhere in India
Estimated delivery time: 3–7 business days from dispatch
Dispatch time: Orders are processed and dispatched within 1–2 business days of payment confirmation (excluding Sundays and public holidays)
International shipping
Delivery available to: All countries worldwide (wooden items excluded for Australia due to customs restrictions)
Estimated delivery time: 10–14 business days from dispatch
Shipping cost: Calculated automatically at checkout based on destination country and order weight
Delivery may be delayed by 2–3 days due to customs clearance in your country. Jaipuri Craft is not responsible for customs duties or import taxes charged by your government.

Order tracking
Once your order is dispatched, we will send you a tracking number via email or WhatsApp. You can track your shipment on the courier's website. We ship via Delhivery, Bluedart, and Shiprocket for domestic orders and via reputed international couriers for global orders.

Delays & exceptions
Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary during peak seasons (Diwali, Christmas) or due to circumstances beyond our control such as natural disasters or courier disruptions. We will notify you promptly if your order is delayed.
